Inquiry information. When you submit a service-request or contact form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, optional email address and company name, the truck's location, and the details of the service or freight request you describe.

Operational information. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed to perform and bill the work: service history, invoices, load and delivery details, and messages exchanged with our team.

Website usage. Our hosting and security providers log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate and protect the site.

We use inquiry information only to respond to your request: to call or text you back, prepare a quote, schedule and perform service, arrange freight, and follow up about that request. We use operational records for billing, safety, legal compliance, and improving our service. We do not sell personal information.

If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, TruckGo may text you about your request from its business number: a confirmation, answers to your questions, scheduling and status updates, and follow-up messages — up to about 4 messages per month. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only as needed to provide the service you requested: with the carrier or technician assigned to your work (limited to the details of that job), with the software providers that host our forms, scheduling, and messaging under contract, and when required by law. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared, as stated above.

We retain inquiry and service records for as long as needed for operations, accounting, and legal obligations, and protect them with access controls appropriate to a small business system. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
